Relics carry tags (#StormCloud, #Magitech, #WindSong, #Elemental, #Companion...). Hit the stack breakpoint (2/4/6/8/10) and the combo bonus kicks in. Storm Cloud at 10 stacks fires a 2-way multishot — that's the Bilibili "max DPS" trick.
